Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Body and The Bite Cancellation Policy reflects the requirements of The Moran CITYCENTRE ~ Hotel venue resort fees and service charges. Cancellations before Aug 20, 2023: 100% refund minus a 3% processing fee. Cancellations after Aug 31, 2023: 50% refund minus a 3% processing fee.
A special room rate of $209 per night* is offered to all The Body and the Bite participants at the venue,The Moran CITYCENTRE Hotel. *This rate is good during workshop dates of Oct 5, 6 & 7 with check out Sunday Oct 8th. *Special negotiated room rates will not be guaranteed after September 20th, 2023
